Title : Project Manager Report to : General Manager Job Accountabilities : \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare statement of work, proposals, and quotations for new projects & enhancements to existing systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the support team to ensure that issues affecting the customers are resolved within the contracted SLA. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced with different roles and managed various categories of projects at planning, feasibility study, and end-to-end delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to understand technology and business with strong analytical mind \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to software project management with at least 3 years of experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Domain knowledge in banking specifically \xe2\x80\xa2 Retail Internet Banking \xe2\x80\xa2 Cash Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Loan Origination \xe2\x80\xa2 Insurance Sales & Agency Portal \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with project management methodologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident in presenting and interacting in a business capacity \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in preparing project documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Talented, experienced and passion in area of software consulting and financial services \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner, competitive spirit self-motivated with optimistic attitude and high desire for new learnings \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship management \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical abilities, initiatives, resourceful, inquisitive in nature, meticulous with strong problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 High resilience capability to deal with problems and manage conflicts effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent but also a great team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under pressure
