Define and track weekly work goals of projects, change requests, and production support issues.

SPOC for project delivery service and production support service to client on service quality, promptness on client response, keeping the client informed on the progress of production fixes or CR delivery work, tracking CR/project deployment progress and incident status with Nepal development team.
Work with the development lead in Nepal in ensuring production bug fixes are rectified and deployed as per SLA. Meeting client expectations and ensuring incidents are proactively managed and routed for Management escalation when situations arise.
To manage and track project scope as per SOW and URS/BRD/FSD. Perform change management on scope variations and prevent scope creep from happening.
To ensure quality project deliverables by project team members. Accountable for code quality and comprehensive QA test coverage in project work.
To perform other duties as required by the management
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 years of IT experience, working in banking, financial services, insurance, IT consulting and services, fintech, and retail sectors, including a minimum of 3 years of project management experience as a project manager/product manager.
Have successfully managed the implementation of IT solutions / Business transformation projects for internal users and external clients.
Committed to taking on a steep learning curve in acquiring new products and solutions in fintech and remittance services and acting as product owner for the solution delivered to clients.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time in a fast-changing environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong project scope and requirements management skills, managing project stakeholders at senior and working levels. Have solid experience in business process mapping.
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and practices.
Familiar with project management tools such as Jira and Redmine.

Experienced as a software engineer

Certification in project management training
