Establish and setup project upon contract handshake or handover from Pre-sales \xef\x82\xb7Preparation and dissecting the scope WBS from contract, presales solution, customer expectation and disseminate to Rollout & Technical Manager \xef\x82\xb7Establish project delivery team including Rollout and Technical Team \xef\x82\xb7Develop project delivery plan and strategy as per contractual requirement \xef\x82\xb7Preparation of project budget estimation and monitoring and controlling project cost including, outsourcing, warehousing, logistic, human resource, administrative etc \xef\x82\xb7Identify outsourcing requirement, dimensioning resource requirement and acquire through outsourcing manager \xef\x82\xb7Identifying quality requirement from rollout and technical perspective to meet customer expectation and avoid acceptance risk \xef\x82\xb7Project risk identification, assessment, tracking, follow up for resolution for Rollout and Technical \xef\x82\xb7Monitoring and controlling of project rollout progress \xef\x82\xb7Establish project acceptance team, identify acceptance requirement and preparation to obtain acceptance as soon as work completed \xef\x82\xb7Lead project progress meeting for Rollout and Technical \xef\x82\xb7Maintaining customer relationship and satisfaction \xef\x82\xb7Identify project stakeholders and ensure satisfaction \xef\x82\xb7Working closely with Pre-sales and Account Team to identify upcoming leads \xef\x82\xb7Integrating and close communication of all cross functional team to ensure smooth rollout
