Plan and deliver innovative solutions with the business users and ensure alignment with the company strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the business and relevant stakeholders to define project deliverables and lead project planning efforts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers throughout the project lifecycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage project scope, goals and deliverables, holding team accountable, while also taking full ownership for project delivery and achieving results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the team(s) to identify, design and mitigate project risks \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading project planning sessions \xe2\x80\xa2 Assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks including managing changes \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate closely with external partners or vendors to deliver innovating and value-creating solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to conceptualise solutions, conduct research and development on leading practices, an innovative individual, working with both internal and customer teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather analyse and manage user requirements to recommend solution to client/user \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in documenting user requirement, functional requirement document. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in functional testing to ensure system conformance to client requirements, compliance and business needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary including securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing relationships with clients and stakeholder 2 direct Project Managers and diverse inter-department teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work/communicate with others department to archive the result. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to participate in meetings with internal/external customers for project related activities Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent and Management \xe2\x80\xa2 ITIL/ PRINCE2 / PMP / COBIT certification is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 8 years of Project Management experience in IT/ Business and development project. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least managed 5 projects successfully deployed/ implemented \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership and conflict resolution skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work with minimum supervision and work as a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Having knowledge about banking, financial service industry or credit bureau will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to demonstrate good communication skills (written and verbal) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated track record on successful delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated record of delivery of multiple service provider streams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in project management or software project delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capacity to manage high stress situations \xe2\x80\xa2 Big-picture thinking and vision \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget management experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail
