Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage telecommunication wireless project activities. You will manage project team, delivery, arrange assignments, ensuring end-to-end delivery, project review, risk review and mitigation, communicate progress and coordinating with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 IT and Telecoms experience to lead and manage projects within CME/Wireless/Microwave/CCTV

\xc2\xb7 Customer communication and stakeholder management, reporting of each project status to internal management and customer

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with customer on strategy and implementation plan

\xc2\xb7 Review and ensures that the project progresses in accordance to its contractual obligations and complies with project scope of work

\xc2\xb7 Oversees all activities from planning, site survey, installation, testing and acceptance of site implementation, as per customer schedule

\xc2\xb7 Internal coordination with relevant Business Units to support the project requirement and operation

\xc2\xb7 Project P/L and contract management, be able to manage project P/L and drive cost control

\xc2\xb7 Ensure project governance and best practice experience

\xc2\xb7 Build project team based on project requirement, resource requirement identification and acquisition

\xc2\xb7 Minimum degree in related field and at least seven years of related working experience

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years experience in project management in wireless site deployment (structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical , site acquisition, microwave, CCTV

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of end to end telecommunication delivery and deployment from material delivery

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and management of turnkey telecommunication implementation

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the project lifecycle, project management principles and methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of project financials.

\xc2\xb7 PMP certification is an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Acquired vendor management experience.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills in liaising with customers, partners and subcontractors.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in liaising with internal backend team such as procurement, logistics, billing team.

\xc2\xb7 Based in Kuching, Sarawak.
