Job Responsibilities About the job Project Manager Reporting to Senior Project Manager/Director Responsible to ensure all project assignment goals are met Assisting Senior Project Manager/Director in coordinating and leading project team(s) consisting consultants of various disciplines, generally record and vet documents and reports prior to submitting to Senior Project Manager/Director for approval Sitting in project meetings and project sub-committee meetings on behalf of Senior Project Manager/Director, report findings Prepares and monitors the master program, procurement and trade letting schedule and monitors the Construction Managers progress against the critical path Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities To be competence in Building Contract within its liability, rights and implementation method To manage the team of consultants, contractors in periodic meeting, workshop and discussion Reviewing construction documents and drawing Assess potential risks, materials and costs Requires visiting site to resolve site issues Assist in setting up and managing of Project Budget Assist in the vetting of interim claims submitted by Contractor and attend joint site valuations and make recommendations to Senior Project Manager/Director To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions as so defined in the Companys\' Quality Management System Assist in preparation and presentation of progress reports, proposals and relevant required documentations Job Requirements Possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering/M&E/Quantity Survey with minimum 8 years relevant experience in project/construction management or property development (i.e., Experience in High Rise and Township Development an added advantage) Solid technical knowledge in property development, construction and contract administration Good liaison skills with local authorities, government agencies, contractors and consultants Good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills including able to work independently and results orientated Skillful in critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail Solid understanding of construction contracts Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) Knowledge in CAD programs and MS Project an added advantage Pro-active and ability to work in face-paced environment and in meeting tight deadline Remuneration RM 11,000 - RM 18,000 Consultant in Charge Jia En | 016 266 2236 | [HIDDEN TEXT]
