Job Description


Responsibilities Responsible for the planning and delivery of IT programs and projects. Monitor and provide progress and status updates on IT programs and projects to CTO, board members and other relevant stakeholders, including escalation of project risks and issues. Owners of IT program & Project Steering Committee ceremonies. Maintaining a good consistent working knowledge of assigned component projects throughout implementation journey. Coordinate liaison with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements. Tracks, monitors and reports project-level IT risks and issues, and work with respective stakeholders to mitigate/resolve. Lead and manage cross-functional Agile project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. Champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, to enhance project efficiency and flexibility. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, product backlogs, and sprint plans. Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices. Communicate project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Lead by example and mentor team members in Agile principles and practices. Job Requirements Thorough understanding of technology project management fundamentals Understanding of project development lifecycle Leadership, organizational and time management skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work closely with multiple groups of stakeholders Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability and flexibility to changing project requirements. Experience in Banking/FSI is a plus.
