Job Description
A multinational restaurant chain is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join their inaugural team in Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:
- Develop project plans and manage project budgets.
- Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Develop and manage project schedules, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Coordinate the procurement and installation of specialized food and beverage processing equipment, ensuring seamless integration into the facility.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and documents for submission.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Design, Construction or related in Interior or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Interior or Architecture, with the construction project management experience.
- Efficient, organized, motivated, multitasking.
- Strong coordination and flexible resolution skills.
- Efficient time management and attentiveness to details.
