: Scope of responsibilities include Client Relationship including Stakeholder and Change Management, Delivery Management, Release Management, Testing Management, Go Live planning, and Post Go Live Support. Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects. Act as a technical liaison between customer PM, business stakeholders, vendor partners, engineering teams and operations support. Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Understand customer use cases, formulate best practices, and document requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs. Develop trust with client leadership to remove project roadblocks and ensure project success; to escalate potential risks/issues together with proposed mitigation plan and/or recommendations. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Maintaining accurate records, including but not limited to meeting minutes, functional and technical specification and testing sign off, logs for risks and issues, and any other relevant documentation. Flexibility in working hours as the project involves vendors operating across multiple time zones. Manage engagements through various project management methodologies (SDLC - Waterfall, Agile, Hybrids). Job requirement: Minimum 5 years\' experience in IT Project Management role. Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE or related certifications would have an added advantage. Prior working experience with Contact Center Solution, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) preferred. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications eg. MS Project, Words, Excel, and Power Point Good command of written and spoken English. Vocal and able to provide explanation in good written and spoken English while dealing with client and principle.
