Responsible:

Able to understand architectural, civil and structural drawings.
To lead the team in planning, scheduling, monitoring, conducting and coordination the work progress.
Able to organize, manage and lead the technical teams to meet project deadlines and client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
Oversee all the quality of works and maintain safe work practice at site.
Update all the daily work progress to Client and top management.

Requirement:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Project Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 4 years working experience in coordination/handling project.
Presentable, manage to work under pressure, able to negotiate and good in problem solving.
Age30 years old and above would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal; written skills in English and Malay.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
