• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in relevant field from a recognized institutions
• Preferably have more than 5 years experience in building construction in an operational management position.
• Good leadership & management skills.
• Understanding of processes required for developing and monitoring strategic plans.
• Must be an aggressive, hardworking, and matured individual who possess a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and desire to excel in the job.
• Superior leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work outstation and travel frequently.
• Open for all races

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for project operation including planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing the project from conception, plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables, monitoring project on quality, cost and time within project budget.
• Weekly/Daily Site/ Project meeting/ briefing with all related personnel.
• Periodic updates on the Project progression with regards to its completion, site issues/disputes, challenges faced when dealing with the authorities, and etc.
• Liaise effectively with project team, local authorities, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Attend to design/ plan and site meetings in ensuring on the progress of the Project according to the schedule and plan.
• Liaison with local Authorities and ensure close follow ups on submission status.
• Ensure ISO compliance are practice and adhered for all the Projects.
