Job Description

Scope & duties: \xe2\x80\xa2 To responsible for overall management of the project which including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the project; \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure project completed within planned time, budget, quality and clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectation; \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise and co-ordinate with all parties involved in the project including clients, consultants, contractors, colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works; \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead and manage the site team to ensure smooth operation of daily activities; \xe2\x80\xa2 To administer all project related reports & document and the upkeeping of relevant document; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other related duties as assigned by the Management. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other professional qualification recognized by Professional Engineering Board or construction authority; \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 8 years of working experience preferably in road and bridge work; \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have sound knowledge on different construction contracts, e.g. PWD or CIDB contract and have experience in conducting project planning, contract administration and construction methodology; \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera & other Engineering software; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under tight schedule and willing to travel Notes: Prefer to have experience in infrastructure such as, road, bridget and etc.
