Deine Aufgaben
- Lead projects/sub-projects associated with technology, manufacturing footprint and mass production line start-ups.
- Manage constraints of projects within a program.
- Establish methodology, controlling and reporting of mass production projects and all related sub-workstreams
- Ensure efficient project/program management, esp. flawless coordination of sub-workstreams.
- Regular reporting of KPIs, metrics, project plans, progress status, risks and mitigations to stakeholders
- Key contact for project/program stakeholders (including customer if required), manage interdependencies between projects, collaborate with involved departments within line organization.
- Prepare customer on-site visits, presentations, filter and channel mass production communication for an aligned external information flow
Wen wir suchen
- Master and/or Bachelor degree in an engineering or (economic) science discipline
- 5 years+ experience in semiconductor/micro-electronics industry or similar with focus on technology and/or high volume manufacturing (Open for candidates from non-semiconductor companies)
- 5 years+ experience in project/program management in an industrial working environment, professional trainings e.g. certified project manager recommended.
- Collaboration in intercultural teams, strong content controlling, excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational talent
- Ability to define scope related key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor amp; control project/program progress against it, steer escalations if required
- Well-structured and strong analytical skills (e.g. scope decomposition and arrangement in logical process maps with linked interdependencies)
- Experience in mass production line start-ups beneficial
