Job description
In your new role you will:

  • The Project Manager is responsible to control fab expansion within the project budget and RFE timelines, connected to existing production facility and including all necessary components (Building and infrastructure, supporting utility systems and qualified technologies)and leading subset of Project Management Office (PMO).
  • This role is crucial in ensuring the project stays on track, meets milestones, and delivers high-quality results. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provides PMO support for the project subset functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution - support in the development and implementation of all project plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and work with project team to identify potential risks and roadblocks; ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.
  • Establish project reporting system and participate in building and construction meetings, capturing key checkpoints and driving for closure.
  • Facilitate project decision-making processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify options.
  • Support project teams and stakeholders in implementing and communicating effectively.
  • Driving project meetings, capturing meeting protocols, following upon open actions, and arrangement of meetings and workshops.
  • Escalate high-risk topics and critical issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Change request management - support in the evaluation of change request and ensure approved change request are documented.
  • Work with project team to develop budget and finance teams to track project expenditures and manage cost control.
  • Monitor milestone achievements, identify critical situations, and escalate issues for decision-making.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering,Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, PhysicalChemistry, Semiconductor Device Physics
  • Experienced in project management, project office and systematic in approaches. Able to project key statements and big-picture overviews.
  • 5 years working and hands-on experience in project management. Wafer fab experience will be of advantage.
  • Good methodical approach and experience in project management techniques.
  • Good knowledge in semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device physics and products will be of added advantage.
  • Highly innovative, motivated and stress resistant individual with zero defect mindset.
  • A good team player and bold to communicate effectively across functional teams and at all levels.
