Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
2. Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
3. Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
4. Manage project resource allocation.
5. Plan and schedule project timelines.
6. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
7. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
8. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
9. Identify and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
10. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirements documentation and presentations.
11. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyses results and troubleshoot problem areas.
12. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
13. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
14. Monitor construction project to ensure that procedures, material and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples, owner standard and quality.
15. Develop a cost-effective plan and detailed work scheduled for completion of project following logical pattern for utilization of resources.
16. Ad hoc assignments assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at lease Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
2. At Least 3 - 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skills: Project Management, Coordination, and Supervisory Skills.
4. Must be willing to travel to project sites as when required within Malaysia
5. Able to work independently and meet scheduled.
