? We're Hiring: Project Manager! ?
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of a landmark stadium construction project, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery according to international quality, safety, and sustainability benchmarks. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical experience in large-scale civil and structural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall stadium construction project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Supervise large, multi-disciplinary teams (35,000+ workforce) including engineers, subcontractors, and project consultants.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract management in line with project KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and corporate governance policies.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and design teams to ensure design intent and construction quality are achieved.
• Report regularly to the Project Director and client stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and timely project delivery within approved budget and quality standards.
• Foster collaboration between Malaysian authorities, consultants, and international project partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or stadium construction projects.
• Proven leadership of projects exceeding 35,000 workforce capacity or similar mega-project experience.
• Prior experience with Stadium or Large Sports facilities.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, local construction laws, and large project financing structures.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for coordination with HQ and partners.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver to strict timelines.

Remunerations
RM15,000 - RM30,000
