Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software and hardware projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the testing team and project stakeholders to ensure effective alignment and coordination.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in both software and hardware domains.
• Review and clarify test requirements, execute testing based on the test cases
• Manage the team and lead the team as a coach to be able to build a healthy team chart.
• Perform the exploratory tests and clarify test procedures when needed
• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects
• Record and document results
• Design and develop test cases based on the test requirements and specifications
• Lead and manage software testing teams by providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and transform them into test cases
• Generate reports on the project updates

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant studies
• Minimum 5 years and proven experience in software/ hardware project management and familiar with QA plans in the product life cycle
• Strong knowledge of testing skills, and familiar with test tools such as JIRA, TestRail.
• A good self-learner and able to learn new knowledge and apply new tools to improve team\'s efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good at presenting skills and ability to build a positive relationship with the customer.
• Experience in team management with strong leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Be positive and proactive to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
