Primary Objective \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead, manage and implement projects \xe2\x80\xa2 With budget between RM3 to 10 millions \xe2\x80\xa2 With team sizes less than 50 people \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop project plans (including schedule, scope, budget, resource, testing, deployment, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and manage all phases of the project, incorporating project management best practice and guidelines in ensuring projects complete on time, within budget and meeting users\' project objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing internal resources, outsourced resources and third parties/vendors to ensure resource availability for smooth execution of projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and provide regular updates to Management, SBG/SFG Heads, PSC and PWG of the progress and performance of the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Key Responsibilities (Action Verb \xe2\x80\x93 Object \xe2\x80\x93 Results) \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and direct project team to ensure successful implementation of project on time and within the agreed scope and budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and direct projects classified as standard to medium. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with the Business users and the technical team members directly and manage all aspects of the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track project financial \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage vendors and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of program activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage scope, quality, costs and schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee to ensure quality of deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely delivery of milestones, deliverables and benefits per plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify risk and manage mitigation measures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely escalation of project risks, issues & change requests for guidance and decision where necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper facilities and resources are available within the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor progress and provide guidance to project team member where necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate project progress and statuses to Management & project team on a regular and timely basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of IT Projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the monthly reporting and status updates, as and when needed to Group Project Management REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills) Formal Education: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, IT, business or any related discipline Professional Accreditation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Agile Professional Certification \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Scrum Master Certification - Preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) \xe2\x80\xa2 PRINCE 2 Certification
