The role will have a single face responsibility with the assigned projects for all products under the Business Area. This position will report to the Head of Grid Technologies Grid Solutions in MalaysiaHow You\'ll Make an Impact\xc2\xb7 Execute the projects to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success.\xc2\xb7 Act as the customer\'s single point of contact for project management of the Transmission Products & Systems. Monitor and drive improvement of Key Performance Indicators (Business area availability & reliability, revenue & gross margin, customer satisfaction).\xc2\xb7 Identify appropriate resources needed and ensure that these resources are sufficiently provided to the project.\xc2\xb7 Assemble a project team and assign individual responsibilities.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to plan, schedule and execute outages, including management of part deliveries, seizing upsell opportunities and implementing risk mitigation measures where required.\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain documentation according to our quality management process.\xc2\xb7 Build, grow and maintain strong customer relationship.\xc2\xb7 Set an example in driving zero harm culture.\xc2\xb7 Proactively providing feedback and suggestions on process improvement and cost reduction.What You Bring

• Ability to execute and implement Transmission Substations Projects in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore

\xc2\xb7 University degree in electrical or electronic engineering or similar\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management/operations including technical, financial and contractual in energy transmission.\xc2\xb7 Project management experience, preferable with certification from International Project Management Bodies.\xc2\xb7 Distinctive communication skills.

• Excellent English & skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during projects execution.
