• Lead the planning and implementation of technology projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress using appropriate project management tools.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, ensuring availability and allocation according to project requirements.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor project performance, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and quality standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology industry, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
