Job Requirements

Minimum experience required \xe2\x80\x93 5 years in Geotechnical Field experience. Working in tunnel and MRT sector will be an added advantage.
Ability to run various site and having a thorough knowledge of geotechnical and ground improvement work such as Micro piling, Ground Anchor, Jet Grouting, Fissure Grouting, Tam Grouting, Wet Speed Mixing, and other technique will be an added advantage
Ability to provide technical support to the ground staff, main contractor and client to ensure the projects are delivered according to the objectives set.
Willing to travel and work in remote location.

Job Responsibilities

To forecast budget estimation, cost control, inflation and risk management
Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect
Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
Proper planning of the work and organise the plant and site facilities efficiently in order to meet the agreed deadlines;
Responsible for health, safety, environment, quality on the project and for all levels of reporting.
Preparation of tender document, managing designers and supply chain requirements.
Responsible for ensuring all handover documentation was collated, checked and updated in accordance to the contract requirement.
