As a Project Manager, what are you going to do?

• Accomplish the stated program objectives;
• Create clear and attainable program objectives;
• Build the program's requirements;
• Managing financial and Operational Performance;
• Manage the constraints of the program management;
• Ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives;
• Customer and 3rd party Management, working occasionally independently in a customer environment. Co-ordinating internal teams, sub-contractors and managing multiple customers whilst ensuring the commercial interests of the business are represented;
• Commercial, Financial and Risk Management - must have a sound understanding of financials and able to manage a P&L;
• Management of internal resources - ranging from s/w development team, product design/ engineering, Quality Assurance and local installation resources.

What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?

• 3+ years of Experience in a Project Manager or similar role;
• Technical or IT consultant background in the Software Industry;
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams;
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams, through excellent prioritization skills and keeping calm under pressure;
• Experience working biometrics projects with major airlines and/or airports is valued;
• Experience in International projects is valued;
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Speak and writes fluent English;
