This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Manage & control projects to meet the clients\' requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
• Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors in project implementation according to clients\' requirements
• Manage UPS systems FAT and SAT with customers / vendors
• Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to clients\' requirements
• Schedule and attend project discussions as per clients\' requirements
• Cost control to meet project budget.
• Attend project site meetings
• Manage / support contract administration works (ordering,filling,billing milestone, O&M submission)
• Work with Customer Service / Supply Chain Management (SCM) team on parts ordering and lead time
• Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work.
• Support Service team during FAT and SAT
• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS):
• Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
• Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS
• Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements
• Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals
• Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS
• Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline PHP - Project Management Professional Cert
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Open to travel within Malaysia based on Projects assigned.
• Auto-CAD skill
• Good communication skill
