In your new role you will: Be the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc) . Form and lead the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members Use Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation Drive problem solving activities within the project using standard Ifx trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys, etc. Continuously focus on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges. Monitor changes against original project goals and seeks advice/approval for adapting plans Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters / Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc) Project Management Professional Certification At least 5 years of relevant working experience Project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation Knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation. Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
