RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Providing the foreign Directors with daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding the progress of their real estate investments in Malaysia. Such reports to be provided in Arabic for better understanding by the non-English speaking investors according to the methods used in Saudi Arabia. 2) Liaising between the appointed property manager and the investors to ensure the maximum understanding and optimal implementation of the instructions of the Board of Directors regarding the current real estate investments as well as the expansion plans to be launched in the near future. 3) Approach investors from Middle East to join our new acquired properties in Malaysia (KaMi Mont Kiara). 4) Develop and execute the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. 5) Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate View of the market and the company\xe2\x80\x99s future. 6) Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities. 7) Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times. 8) Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities. 9) Oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial performance, investments and other business ventures. 10) Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. 11) Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems. 12) Approach Middle Eastern potential clients as targeted by the Middle Eastern Board of directors aiming to close deals with those potential tenants to overcome the current challenges to secure local tenants due to high competition. REQUIERMENTS: 1) PhD or MBA degree in General Management or related field. 2) Experience in management, operations, and leadership. 3) Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English language with Saudi Arabia investment knowledge policies. 4) Working experience in Dealing with clients from the Middle East and south East Asia. 5) Experience in property portfolios in deferent locations to ensure smooth and profitable outcomes by tailored made marketing strategies that help to gain more tenants from Middle East Market. 6) Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and our property management. 7) Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making.
