Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of factory construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning:Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget.Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives. * Team Management:Lead a multidisciplinary team, assigning tasks and milestones. * Budget Management:Oversee and control project budgets, addressing overruns. * Schedule Management:Ensure timely completion of milestones, mitigating delays. * Risk Management:Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans. * Quality Assurance:Enforce quality standards and conduct regular inspections. * Communication:Serve as the main point of contact and provide updates to stakeholders. * Client Relations:Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.2. 8-10 years of project management experience in factory construction.3. PMP or CCPM certification preferred.
