Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. 3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. 4. Ensure resource availability and allocation based on project schedule and team bandwidth. 5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. 6. Report and escalate to management as needed on project related issues. 7. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 10. Any other related jobs as assigned. Job Requirement: 1. Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers 2. Experienced in handling multiple projects. 3. Understanding of all facets of the civil, mechanical and construction process. 4. Posses own transportation and willing to travel, within Penang Island and Butterworth. 5. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadline when required. 6. Flexibility and ability to adjust to change. 7. Initiative, results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills. 8. Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner. 9. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Language Requirements: English: Preferred Mandarin: Is a plus
