- Minimum Diploma in Civil/ Architecture/Construction or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of relevant working experience;
- Strong problem solving skills;

- Good In co-ordination
- Responsible
- To supervise the progress of construction site to ensure adhere to approved building plan and quality of the properties built
- To co-ordinate with sub-contractors to ensure smooth construction progress
- To ensure adequate of building materials at construction sites
- Quarterly rewards in term of bonus and increment
- Possibility to entitle for profit sharing scheme
- Job satisfaction by providing high quality and great design homes
