Reporting to : Director of Digital APAC, GM of Digital ANZ The Project Manager is a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end delivery of SEA Digital re-platforming, providing insights and recommendations for the digital roadmap, ensuring successful, on-time delivery. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SEA Multi-Channel projects portfolio, focusing on quality, user experience, and business value. Coordinate all system integrators involved in the projects. Support applications and integrations across the digital ecosystem. Work with internal and external stakeholders to define, design, test and implement re-platforming changes. Work seamlessly across multiple time zones. Build and maintain a test base for regression testing. Document key processes and procedures maintaining a knowledge base that can be used to train other teams members and the business. Drive successful, on-time project delivery whilst adhering to, and managing the allocated budget. Define and monitor key performance indicators using appropriate project management tools and techniques. Identify and manage risks, deliver solutions, and escalate to senior stakeholders when appropriate. Establish, manage, and provide appropriate documentation for governance forums including Steering Committees. Deepen understanding of technologies involved, including Shopify, Statelake, OMS, ERP, PIM, etc. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for the digital roadmap. Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to digital re-platforming. Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field. Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar role within the retail, FMCG, or a related industry. Experience working with the Shopify platform and its partners. Experience rolling out new commercial websites (i.e. selling platforms) Qualifications in project management are preferred.
