To prepare, manage and keep updated the official project time schedule (in MS Project) with reference to SLOG supplies and the relevant customer milestones. To give support to Sales department in the contract definition phase and in future relationship for extensions and/or new business. To ensure the issue of the project documentation according to the SLOG quality standards. To ensure subcontractors supply on the required level of quality (CE, validation, etc.) To lead responsibility that all the project specifications (layout, functional, acceptance test specs. etc.) are timely issued and detailed enough to avoid technical and contractual risks for SLOG. To make progress payment claim and manage cash flow. To assume a constant attention and motivation in claim management towards the subcontractors. To motivate change orders / claims towards the customer. To set up and manage effective project cost controlling and milestone based payment. To keep updated project forecast PKU, cash flow and status report. To maintain strong and healthy relationship with the customers and suppliers. To participate On-site consultation / assistance at customer meetings, with the support of the site manager (if any) and/or by the IM whenever needed. Bring to the team Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent. 7 years of work experience, preferably in the heavy industries, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity. leadership, planning skills, analytical skills and decision making skills. self-driven, proactive, flexible and results oriented. team player with strong customer focus. awareness towards the significance of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral with project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Primevera in spoken and written English and spoken mandarin. to travel overseas on short notice.
