Special Requirement :

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science PMP certification would be an added advantage 1 to 3 years of project management and related experience Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices Strong interpersonal and analytical skills o Good track records of complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline. Knowledgeable of the higher education and corporate training industries will be an advantage Organized and detail-oriented Skilled collaborator Excels in a high-paced work environment

Assist Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control and close) Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Liaise with, and facilitate communication between, project stakeholders (internal and external) concerning project details and deliverables Participate in project updates meeting to the Steering Committee on a regular basis Responsible for assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources as needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of project Ensure the scope, risk, issues, and deliverables of the project are executed and managed appropriately Monitor progress and make suggest adjustments as needed Measure project performance and suggest areas for improvement Liaise with, and facilitate communication between, project stakeholders (internal and external) concerning project details and deliverables Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Strong communication skills both oral and written Ability to multi-task effectively - Self-starter who works well independently Adaptable and calm under pressure

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
