Developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Leading team meetings, providing guidance and direction.
Tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics.
Managing the project budget and ensuring it remains within allocated limits.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project.
Resolving conflicts and addressing any issues that arise within the project team.
Communicating project status updates to stakeholders.
Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Transitioning the project to the appropriate handover.
