What will you do?

• Lead the team through task planning, project workload plan, following progresses in line with scope of work and deliverables till completion including appropriate risk management and mitigation plans
• Foster \xe2\x80\x9cproject change request\xe2\x80\x9d culture within the team to generate additional revenue and improve gross margin
• Is Accountable of project profitability for his whole scope (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition as per forecast
• Ensure all appropriate actions to timely recover customer receivables (payments) are done with the support of shared functions
• Monitor and control Project progress versus budget spending for his full scope
• Ensure full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews). Inform timely the management about project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles
• Identify and alert on execution risks. Be proactive in resolving associated issues. Escalate to Sales to manage claims & variation orders following the DOA and the associated processes
• Is responsible of the proper implementation of Schneider Electric safety standards all along project execution, and for all parties (Schneider and subcontractors)
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and strive for improvement. Support team members on sensitive customer issues
• Conduct when necessary Lessons Learned session with other relevant stakeholders to allow continuous improvement
• To ensure accuracy of forecast of Percentage of Completion \xe2\x80\x93 PoC
• Support Consulting Expert, Project Engineer and IOT Integration Digital Execution in all business and operational issues to ensure perfect Business Delivery and Performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability and confidence to develop and present to senior audiencesx`

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Electrical Engineering Degree with at least 8 years in Project Management, Service environment and/or Team Management
• PMP Certification is an added advantage
• Possess project management background with experience in LV/MV equipment engineering, installation, testing and commissioning.
• PLC knowledge is an added advantage.
• PACIS/EPAS and any other similar SCADA knowledge is and added advantage.
• Mastering project management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project)
