Job Description

Works with the Solution Architect (Technical) and Business Analyst (Business) to manage a team to deliver projects using agile methodology. Project includes multiple business units across the customer enterprises.

• Develops project plans, goals, and budgets, identifying project resources and forming a project team.
• Manages project execution to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Conducts project meetings and communicating progress to all stakeholders.
• Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, such as status reports and risk management plans.
• Develops and manages budgets and financial plans for projects.
• Manages project risks, issues, and changes, escalating when necessary.
• Ensures that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
• Ensures that project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored

• Adept in Agile principles of project management.
• Able to manage team size more than 15.
• Able to run multiple scrum teams, at least 4 teams.
• Must be apt at managing the full spectrum of users to senior executives.
• Must have a product development mindset.
• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Must be willing to travel back and forth to Miri, Malaysia.
