n your new role you will: P
- lan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets E
- nsure the project at Backend Development fulfill all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost T
- rack and report project status to all stakeholders with timely escalation as required E
- nsure proper Project closure and handover to operation
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: M
- asters/ Bachelor Degree of Semiconductor Technology/ Microelectronics/ Automation/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Physics and related course A
- t least 6 years of relevant working experience, with 2 years of leading projects S
- ound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation E
- xcellent communication skills O
- utstanding aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding A
- bility to lead team to solve complex problem ( using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA , etc)
