In your new role you will: * Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets * Ensure the project at Backend Development fulfill all project targets in term of time In your new role you will: Plan, organize, lead and control the project at Backend Development to successfully achieve all project targets Ensure the project at Backend Development fulfill all project targets in term of timeliness, quality and cost Track and report project status to all stakeholders with timely escalation as required Ensure proper Project closure and handover to operation Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/ Bachelor Degree of Semiconductor Technology/ Microelectronics/ Automation/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Physics and related course At least 6 years of relevant working experience, with 2 years of leading projects Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation Excellent communication skills Outstanding aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding Ability to lead team to solve complex problem ( using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA , etc) Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
