Job Description

Responsibilities: Plan, direct, coordinate and lead activities of the projects designated to ensure they are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting user needs, business objectives and design guidelines. Liaise with user, consultants, authorities, contractors and other relevant departments to ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Provide advice and support to the group on design requirements in related to Nissan NRC-Next, CI, Guidelines and authorities requirements. Provide forecasting resources requirements and budget of the project to user to review and approve. Review project schedule and resources requirement with senior management and discuss with all other staff that will be affected by the project activities. Gather design brief, review design plans, costing and participate in tender exercise in accordance to company policies and guidelines. Prepare budget and award recommendation papers for management to review and approve. Manage and monitor all approved budgeted project activities including resolving dispute arising from the projects and attend all meetings in related to the project. Motivate, supervise, guide and train subordinates/peers to perform their duties in accordance to company policies and guidelines. Evaluate completed projects contractor and consultant performance. Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) / Project Management or accredited equivalent. Minimum 8 years of working experience as Project Manager in Property Development/ Construction Company Hard Working, Willing to do Field Work & able to Work Independently with minimum supervision. Can multi-task and cope with tight work schedules. Strong leadership and communication skills.
