Job Requirements: Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying Or Equivalent. At least 5 to 10 years working experience at site. Understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations. At least completed 3 project. Good knowledge of building methods and regulations. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Cina. Excellent leadership, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to motivate others. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Job Responsibilities: Overseeing the direction of a project, ensuring that teams complete it according to the client\'s requirements. Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadline. To manage the contract tender process, including assessment of tenders and the preparation of contractor recommendations to clients. Prepares and submits budget estimates and regularly communicates with client concerning budget progress and costs. Coordinating and supervising construction workers. To inspect works to ensure that they are constructed in accordance with the engineering designs, contract specifications and authority requirements. Fully responsible for the development of Operation Dept. in order to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s requirement in the business. Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed at site. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. Finding solutions to problems that occur throughout a project. Any other duties and responsibilities which are deemed to be included under Operation Department.
