The Role: Project Manager

The Location: Penang or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Grade: 09

What\'s In It For You? The Project Manager will support the development and management of a division\'s marketing efforts and projects within a Fortune 500 Company. This is an opportunity to provide project management leadership and guidance to deliver on time, on budget, high quality work, representative of the brand. Working in a fast-paced environment, the project manager will be responsible for successfully managing a variety of projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Manage high-volume of simple print production projects through our Design Studio production team.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Work closely with Sr Project Manager on resource strategy for specific tasks and to implement sourcing schedule to ensure workflow coverage and optimize talent.

Qualifications:

• Detailed oriented - ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Proven experience in (and a passion for) delivering great results
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and tailoring content to multiple audiences
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including the abilities to organize work towards a long-term goal and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problem solver
• Collaborative team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence within the organization
• Tech savvy with a curiosity for exploring new ways of doing things

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience
• 2-3 years\' experience working in a creative or production setting
• Must have a clear understanding of the creative, digital, and print production process
• Experience in Workfront Project Management preferred
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall and iterative project methodologies a plus
• PMI Certification is preferred but not required
• Amenable to work in EMEA Shift (3pm-12mn)
