Job Description

• Knowledge in Quantity Surveying: taking-off, able to read construct/ technical drawings and identify building materials.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project implementation management from planning, coordination, quality control, and completion to handover.
• Work closely with the management team and other departments to ensure the scope and direction of a project are delivered according to the client\'s expectations, within budget, and on time.
• Responsible of overseeing the work of the site supervisor\'s team according to the assigned projects.
