Project Management role in business enhancement initiatives under Transformation Management Office.
Leading/ Co-leading project activities with respective departments' representatives.
End-to-end support for internal stakeholders who are just beginning or are in the early stages of a major process and system implementation effort.
Pre & Post implementation review - geared towards initiative owners and other key internal stakeholders who are in the final phase of major changes driven by process and system implementations.
Lead or Support Project Management included but not limited to below activities:
Defining the scope of the project,
Planning a project's cost and manage a project budget.
Managing project resources.
Monitoring project status and track progress.
Assessing and mitigating risks.
Leading Quality Assurance.
Conducting project meeting and provide updates to stakeholders.
Lead or Support Change Management for below activities:
Partner with stakeholders to address challenges and make recommendations.
Proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate change and communication activities
Facilitating workshops / regular communication with internal stakeholders and initiative owners to collect and map clearly As-Is business processes with To-Be, producing process flows for current and future state.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors in translating and simplifying requirements to manage and communicate requirements effectively and efficiently.
Documenting of business requirements, controls, processes, and procedures.
Conducting gap analyses of current vs future state and define in close liaison with change management the path to achievement.
Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 Years in Project Management, or Transformation Projects.
Preferably some experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions, or related systems and processes.
Experience in managing stakeholder expectation with good influencing & negotiating skills.
Project tasks co-ordination on regional basis.
Ability to communicate with all levels of staffs and management team.
An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast-paced environment under tight deadline and able to manage ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal at all levels and ability to work in multicultural workplace.
Written and verbal communication.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques is preferrable.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in developing requirements and must be able to transform an idea/ strategy into execution thru project implementation.
Hands-on experience with enterprise accounting systems or modules (e.g., ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Experience in process assessment and redesign, technology implementation, project management and planning.
Dealt with internal IT Team/ operational teams/ external vendors on new system/ services can be delivered to the signed-off SLA/SOW.
Experience with multi-faceted business transformation initiatives across multiple geographies and business units.
Experience in MS office suites (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word), MS Project and Power Platform.
