Job Description

JOB SUMMARY Leads the digital project management all projects\' analysis, design, and delivery. JOB RESPONSIBILITY We are looking for talented Project Manager who specializes in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of the projects. You will work closely with the relevant stakeholders to manage multiple projects concurrently, focusing on the following key responsibilities. 1. Part of the Digital Technical team to act as the primary project interface or contact point to the business end-users, ensuring good end-users\' satisfaction and develop good working relationship. 2. Overall responsibility for effective and efficient delivery of the project. 3. Project scope and objectives definition, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 4. Manage tracking, reporting and progress updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders. 5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including the development of contingency plans 6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 7. Cost & budget management. 8. Perform plans, documentation and execution for all internal test and User Acceptance Test (UAT) Perform plans, documentation and execution for Ready for Service (RFS) JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS) 1. Excellent listening and communication skills with project/business owners, product managers, system analyst and software developers/engineers. 2. Broad business understanding, having at least 2 years of experience working in mobile applications, digital products, e-commerce platform and other related field. 3. Excellent analytical and planning skills, with a drive for result and optimization. 4. Projects\' management skill on scoping, scheduling, and strategic planning. 5. Quality and time management. JOB REQUIREMENT (BEHAVIOURAL) 1. Good communication skills, high proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 2. Initiative and ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks. 3. Knowing the ability to work under pressure and deadlines. 4. Adaptability. Able to adapt to changes and take on the new challenges ahead together with the growing business.
