  • Independent in handling top-tier Residential, Commercial, Hospitality projects from design concept to site supervision/coordination.
  • Competent in checking construction drawings and liaison with Project Team on site/technical issues and provide solutions
  • Assist Senior Project Manager/Group General Manager and Director in resolving issues relating to land and local authorities.
  • Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design with Interior Designer.
  • Handling all design related scope including design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.
  • Identify trades and can execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality.
  • Evaluate, manage and Coordinate design specifications, construction drawings and shop-drawings for approval or recommend changes in design including identifying suitable materials and equipment for the architectural works construction techniques.
  • Assist to conduct negotiations with Sub-contractors to determine the method for construction services, wherever required
  • Verify contractor claims and variations.
  • To work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors consultants during construction/implementation phase.
  • Manage consultant deliverables to ensure timely information flow to the implementation team and contractors.
  • Coordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
  • Review the drawings and coordinate FF&E, MEP and all information that relates.
  • Monitor, coordinate and control the progress of site work, ensure the project to be completed within the budget, cost and stipulated time frame with good work quality.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture and Interior
  • Design with minimum 6 - 10 years relevant experience in project/construction management or property development
  • Solid technical knowledge in property development, construction and contract administration
  • Good liaison skills with local authorities, government agencies, contractors and consultants
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills including able to work independently and results orientated
  • Skillful in critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge in CAD programs and MS Project an added advantage
  • Proactive and ability to work in face-paced environment and in meeting tight deadline.
  • A Registered Architect is a plus point.\xef\xbb\xbf
Remuneration
  • Up to RM 15,000 (Depending on experience)

  • MYR 350 Travelling Allowance Per Month
