Job Description
- Oversees project, planning, work-flow sequencing, scheduling, coordinating, quality plans and safety monitoring
- Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, bills of quantity and specification
- Ensure that all works (including sub-contractors) are carried out based on established method statements / procedures, contract requirement and specifications.
- Prepare site reports and proper filing for any related documents
- Liaise with consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers on all site technical matters; e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings, follow up on drawings, amendments
- In-charge of the coordination and management of the project for the assurance of prompt delivery of work and completion of project
- Carry out site inspection and ensure works according to drawing specification
