Responsibilities: 1. To organize, manage and cascade the job to the assigned Project Manager team member. 2. To lead for project schedule development, monitor and control. 3. To prepare project progress claim. 4. To review project progress report. 5. To ensure all project issues to be solved with proper documentation i.e. letter, minutes of meeting, technical query/technical deviation. 6. To monitor and review documents and drawings produced by Project Manager, Engineer or Drafter. 7. To coordinate with Client on project technical issue. 8. To monitor and control the procurement of project materials as per client specification and to make sure the material arrived on time as per schedule. 9. To review Technical Bid Evaluation and Technical Bid Evaluation Comply. 10. To review Commercial Bid Evaluation. 11. To manage Construction/Installation sub\xe2\x80\x90contractor. 12. Main responsible in managing and monitoring of: \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Cash Flow \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Progress Report \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Technical Issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Procurement Plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Construction Activity \xe2\x80\xa2 Change Order Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Close-Out Report 13. Follow and maintain as per ISO standard compliance with company policy. 14. Others \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior 15. QHSE Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure continuous employee healthy and safe working environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality and HSE procedures as per the ISO are being adhered and understood at all time and they are being communicated to staff/subordinates.
