Should have minimum of 10 to 12 of yrs Exp in Skype, MS teams, 0365 & Azure AD
Good Knowledge on SIP trunk, Direct routing and feature enablement on MS Teams
Experience in Skype co-existence and migration to Microsoft Teams
Experience with SFB/TEAMS with full Voice and Video integration
Experience utilize TEAMS as a PBX replacement
Good knowledge on managing TEAMS Mobile client
Experience on TEAMS Room System and its implementation
Overview of integrating Skype/Teams Video endpoints, meeting room configuration into TEAMS
Understanding of response groups, response group agents, queues, workflow, call routing methods, understanding on configuring Teams based call center solution
Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate and Microsoft Teams Graph
Understanding of security within Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform/Power BI applications
Experience with integrating Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow OOTB custom connectors
Experience in delivering Microsoft Teams Live Events, Streams and Whiteboarding for enhanced meeting user experience supporting large scale live events and webinars.
Experience with Microsoft compatible Voice Gateways (e.g., AudioCodes, Oracle) or 3rd Party voice solutions
Must have Experience in Design & Implementation, migration
Preferrable to have Certification on MS teams
Good in Project governance, management, Communication, Documentation
