Duties & Responsibilities 1)Monitor the daily site coordination/project execution which covers utility installation, safety sign-off coordination, and scope change management. 2)Monitor ongoing projects and ensure construction processes are carried out following the client\'s requirements and meeting the required standards. 3)Planning, preparing work program, monitoring, and ensuring construction progress are ahead and on time. 4)Ensure projects are implemented and quality is controlled by guidelines. 5)Must be familiar with the scope of works as specified/stated in BQ, identify all variation works to contract, and submit claim accordingly. 6)To attend consultant and sub-con meetings. 7)To initiate meetings/training for all sub-con & site staff. 8)To certify sub-con progress claims. 9)To check and clarify the discrepancies found on the drawing and write to the Consultant / Client. 10)Liaising with government agencies, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, consultants 11)Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Superior. 1. Possess Degree in Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building and civil construction. 3. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, with the ability to lead a high-performing team. 4. Has a high degree of integrity and work ethic. 5. Strong analytical skills with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 6. Able to based on site and work in Sabah.
