Then come to our Insanely Centric Team and become a Certified International Specialist!YOUR TASKSTo provide support in country infrastructure, including server, communication, PC and other peripherals.\xc2\xa7 To respond with the appropriate degree of urgency to problems and requests from the Help Desk for user support.\xc2\xa7 To provide server and other equipment set-up support to in-country projects with an IT element.\xc2\xa7 To maintain hardware and resolve problems either through personal action or by organising resolution through a third party.\xc2\xa7 To plan new servers or revised server configurations to handle increasing business and an expanding user base within the context of relevant Asia Pacific Information Services\xe2\x80\x99 policies and procedures.\xc2\xa7 To deploy and commission new servers, including the installation of operating systems and other software.\xc2\xa7 To install and update all anti virus software.\xc2\xa7 To ensure the functionality and accessibility of all peripherals (such as scanners and printers) plus hand held units.YOUR PROFILE

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• 3-5 years IS and business experience, preferably in logistics industry
• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with technical support responsibilities
• Degree in Information Services/Business (or equivalent)
• Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)
• Technical expertise in:

• Knowledge of all DHL EGAP applications and expert in some of them
• Adequate of Database knowledge (MSSQL, Dataverse, Azure, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Desktop systems and application environment
• Some knowledge in telecommunications and networking
• In-depth knowledge of system development tools used by DHL (e.g. Nintex, M365, Power Platforms, etc...)
• Latest web technologies
• Some knowledge in business application development life cycle
• M365 applications
• Power Platforms
• Data Analytics Skills
