Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time, scope, service quality and customer satisfaction for over the life cycle of a project.

1. Manage Customer Technical Project Solution and Delivery

Support Project Implementation Solution Proposals during BID-Pursuit Phase. This includes reviewing and validating the feasibility of project proposals.

The first role is making a charter and feasible plan that achieve the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the Contractual scope of work. This is not only a blueprint with which to run the project, but a critical part of the pitch to get approval for the project. An integral part of the plan is defining the project\xe2\x80\x99s scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project\xe2\x80\x99s progress.

Ability to work towards resolving issues and risks quickly to prevent project off-track. Regardless, figuring out beforehand what the potential problems are and set in place a mitigation plan of action if they in fact occur.

Monitoring Progress in making sure a project is progressing as planned per the contractual milestones by constantly measure it and compare those metrics against the constructed plan. Therefore, proactiveness in findings ways to collect project data, such as status reports from project team, to determine if the actual progress of the project is meeting against initially planned is essential.

Expected to be tasked with managing projects that contain a high degree of technicality in the project.

2. Manage Project Financials

Must have a strong financial sense to drive and keeping the project within or under the approved Initial Business Case (IBC) Project Margin. While aiming to deliver to the Project Stakeholders their deliverables on time but more importantly is that cost spent is within the approved budget being the ultimate project success criteria.

Compliance of making an accurate estimate is only the first part into monitoring the actual spend as compared to the forecast budget.

3. Manage Project Team

Demonstrate a leadership role in assembling and leading an effective team. This includes assigning tasks and deadlines, give them the collaborative tools.

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any clarification or challenges regarding projects.

4. Manage Customer Relationship

Act as the primary contact for project activities. Atos Project Manager must demonstrate constant communications through comprehensive and quality reporting into Project Steering Committee (SteerCo) review sessions with both Customer and Atos Stakeholders.

Avoid scope creep in order to increase the chances of delivering a project on time and on budget through an effective Customer Stakeholder Management and a well-defined and understood Atos Change Management Process.

5. Manage Quality, Reporting and Documentation

Ensures project standards are widely adopted and delivered through training, including work procedures, quality objectives, best practices, lessons learned, and metrics for assessing progress. This includes timely and comprehensive adherence to Atos Standard Program/Project Onboarding Compliance (SPoC) through project lifecycle.

Ability to produce high quality reporting including collection of broader supporting data on project progress, along with all paperwork, must be collected, signed-off on and archived by the end of a project, which provides a history that can be re-visited when planning for a similar project in the future.

Qualifications, Skillset and Experiences

Candidate with Bachelor\'s Degree in IT-related discipline, or equivalent.

At least one of the External Project Management Certification (PM/PRINCE2/IPMA) is required.

A min. of 5+ years of relevant working experiences in project management and Data Center Migration project of wide-spread industry.

Candidate with transition and transformation project experience is mandatory.

Application migration experience is an advantaged.

Demonstrate evidence of Project Proposals in driving additional external revenue that bring greater business values proposition and/or Project Cost Saving Opportunities and/or business process improvement to motivate quality of program/project service delivery.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile will be added advantage.

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Leadership qualities, such as team motivation techniques and conflict-management.

Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting.

Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Computer literacy for Spreadsheet analytical and PowerPoint presentation including Microsoft Project Plan (MPP).
