PROJECT MANAGERS QUALIFICATIONS

Possess Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
7 years experiences in infra construction particularly in water/ waste water treatment industry
Proficient in MS Project
Good communication skill and able to execute project integration to meet stake holder expectations
This position will be based in Northern, Southern and East Coast region

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and monitor multiple assigned projects.
Manage and execute programs of project to ensure successful completion as scheduled
Manage project team including site coordination personnel.
Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to meet project programs
Ensure projects are completed within assigned budget.
Manage and monitor site progress, provide financial status and quality at site
Establish project initial plan, details work programs and sequence of activities to ensure successful projects inclusive of project close up
Review projects with Senior Management to ensure effectiveness of resources
Site handling of sub-contractors
Provide weekly progress report to Senior Management for status, risk and financial assessment of the project
Provide support to internal parties for civil and structural issues
